We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments where clinically, ethically, legally, or administratively appropriate.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. To respect both the practice and other clients seeking care, we ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or set out in separate intake documentation:

• at least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment;

• appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee;

• missed appointments or “no-shows” may be charged the full session fee;

• repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in limits on future booking availability.

Any specific fee amounts, exceptions, or clinical policies communicated through intake forms, consent documents, or Jane booking materials will apply in addition to these Terms.

Fees and Payment

This Website does not process direct online sales unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you become a client, information about session fees, payment methods, insurance receipts, cancellation charges, and related policies will be provided separately through intake materials, booking documentation, consent forms, or direct communication.
